Unloved,
You did more than play around with it. You nailed it!
Very fine craftsmanship my friend.

Very professional work!
So, how much for a sheath to conceal a Spyderco Endura, Delica or Salt in an opened position? I think there's a market for carrying folders unfolded.:)

Thanks very much for the compliments everyone! I've been working really hard on this stuff, so it's very gratifying to know that I'm doing it right.:D I do holsters too. I'll be posting some photos in the appropriate forum soon, maybe tonight.
I'm doing my first show next weekend. The Valley Forge Gun Show, if any locals are going to be there. Wish me luck!

Good luck at the gun show.
If it goes well you should consider getting some sort of business license (in TN you can get a "flea market" flat price license or a standard business license) and start buying knives from Blueridge Knives as a dealer. That would allow you to sell your improved sheaths with knives lacking good sheaths. Think of a nice SOG with one of your sheaths.

Unloved,
Great work, I've actually just started my kydex holster build this weekend for my Beretta U22 Neos. I've run out of time for now but it's coming along and I can't wait to get back to it.
Question: Where did you get an eyelet punch/setter? Do you use the pliers looking tool or the one you have to hit with a hammer?

Thanks. Send me a PM if you're interested.
Great work...
Thanks.

Neither. I have used a hand setter (the one you hit with a hammer) in the past, but I found it to be too slow, and too easy to mess up rivets. I've never used the pliers type grommet tools, but they look like they'd work pretty well. I use setting dies that I bought from www.knifekits.com. I have an arbor press, but if you have a drill press, and vise, you can chuck one, put the other in the vise, and use them that way.

well.. your handle may be unloved, but I'm loving the velcro backed for the Ryan Plan B.
I bought that knife 10 years ago, love the angle and the way if fits my hand..
