NCsmitty March 7, 2010, 09:36 AM I have no experience loading tracer bullets, but I do know that most milspec tracers are loaded with hotter burning powder to facilitate igniting the compound in the bullet. Whether A2230 will work ok, you'll have to try a couple to see. Pats Reloading has some of the milsurp tracer powder for sale. It's designated "WC844T" and uses H335 data for loading. Tracer powder is a bit harder on the barrel, because of the more intense flame front. www.patsreloading.com/patsrel/prices.htm NCsmitty robfromsc March 7, 2010, 11:24 AM I have some tracers too, and have noticed their length is much longer than a comparable 55gn fmj, so be careful as to not compress that round. I havent loaded mine, and doubt I ever will fyi
