How much are preban 30-rd mini-30 magazines worth? They look to be of pretty good quality, and bear a slight resemblance to AK mags.

Not much... You can still get them from CDNN for around $10 each (last time I looked).

No big name, dependable magazine manufacturers like PMI made mags for the 30. The ones you find are Triple K, USA, Eagle, etc... The only ones I do not have experience with were the Thermold ones. The metal ones never functioned 100% for me, but then again, I don't "tinker" well with mags and such to make them work like some can.

I had several. I couldn't get $10 each out of them so I gave them away.

Prices on high-caps currently show a decline as the ban's sunset nears. Shooters are probably waiting to see if a new bill is drawn-up over the next few months before they begin spending big-$ again. It looks doubtful to me considering the current House and Senate majority parties.

If the worse does happen, prices would prabably increase on these around this time next year. At that time a permanent bill might be in place. I don't think it would be another 10-year trial program, as it is now, since this was the trial. Then people would be in the "get them now or never" mode.
