I called Hornady Thursday afternoon and told them my #16 shell plate wasnt ejecting the cases very good. He wanted to know what brand i was having trouble with. I told him LC. He said he would send me a new one after making sure it works right and that he did! It was here the next morning on UPS. Excellent service.
