I have had Roland Beaver to work on my M1 and '03 springfield and while looking in his information booklet he sent,he custom builds M1-22 on a Ruger 10-22 action.Looks just like the Garand but the 10-22 action.It features a douglas premium barrel (match grade).Looks very interesting.
Also has a M14-22 available.

Yes,unfortunately I am in that neolithic age group.Man I am sorry I can not post any pictures.The only thing I can do is give you Roland's e-mail and I am sure he will give you all the information on this rifle you want.He sent me his booklet free of charge even before I had him to work on my rifles.

Hey Dave,the price is $995.00.He had no price on the 14-22.Maybe a buddy of mine could help me get a picture sent.I need to get one of those digital cameras anyway. :D

There are actually Springfield rifles made in 22 LR from Springfield Arsenal. Had a chance to pick from two and passed em by. :uhoh:
