I was at a gun show yesterday looking at some AR15 30 rd mags. I asked the guy at the booth who manufactured the mags. He said they were SA-80s. There is nothing stamped on these just a sticker that said England. So is there any way to know that these mags are definately SA-80 mags? Thanks Tim

I'm not an expert on these, but here's a pic of an original British Radway Green mfg. SA80 mag..

If they were grey parked, with either black or dark blue followers and had a little "England" sticker on them, they are definately SA-80 mags and are excellent mags, as good as USGI, IMHO.

I've run them in several lowers with no problems whatsoever, the followers are anti-tilt (don't need replaced by green ones), and for the price you can't go wrong.

There are also some blued ones in the country. I picked up 3 from Dillion, all function flawlessly.

I just got 5 of them recently from Ammoman ( www.ammoman.com ).

Tested them in both my Armalite and Bushmaster last weekend. Worked perfectly. Dropped free without a hitch too.

(These had no marking or stickers.)

Nice quality ...
