Are their any AK's built from the ground up for .22LR shooting
I know their are many AR's but I have yet to see an AK
I love the looks of the AK but I'd like the .22LR loading
NO CONVERSIONS PLEASE!!!

The Romanians make/made the Wasr-22, and the East Germans produced the MPi-69 as a training rifle. You can find MPi parts around, and Wasr-22s were imported in bulk for a while.

My Romanian WASR-22 with a Kobra is a damn fine shooter. ;)
