Denim wear for pocket carry

Well my pre-carry jeans have worn out and I am shopping for new pants. The old ones have pretty small pockets (levis, which I understand are a non-gun friendly company anyway) and since I pocket carry three to five days a week (the days I am not wearing jeans) I am looking to change my brand of jeans so that I can stop ankle carrying on those days.
Any recommendations for Jeans with large front pockets? I am looking for a plain style as they are generally worn on causal Fridays.
I have worn levis for so long I don't really now what else is out there.

I know that this isn't what you're asking for, but if you usually wear 501s, you might try switching to 505s or 550s, I have found they have slightly larger pockets.

This might not be your style, but carpenter style jeans have large slash style front pockets.

I wear 550s already (pockets just are not deep or wide enough). And I thought about carpenter jeans (a legitimate answer) but they wont work for the office (professional) I am in.

I pocket carry in Carhartt pants. BIG front pockets are a must.

I have a friend who takes his new jeans to a local seamstress who removes the pockets and replaces them with larger, reinforced cloth, pockets. Allows him to carry a larger, heavier EDC gun. His seamstress says it is really simple to do.

I wear the LL Bean comfort waist jeans and my j frame 438 disappears in the right front pocket.

Carhartt relaxed fit blue jeans have slightly larger pockets than Levi's, good for a thin gun like a Kel-Tec, Seecamp, Ruger LCP, etc. but a bit skimpy for a Kahr PM9 or revolver. I also like the fact that they have seven belt loops (larger waist sizes than mine may have more) instead of five, which helps support weight better.

Harley-Davidson dealers have a surprising number of different types of jeans for both men and women, and in both blue and black.
Even better, they offer some that are considerably heavier in terms of cloth weight than the standard ones, as heavier denim provides more abrasion resistance if you take a fall on a bike.
Naturally, those heavier denim jeans also make pocket firearm carry even easier, as they distort notably less under the weight of the handgun.
They are also relatively inexpensive - typically $30 to $35.
Watch the pocket depths though - they vary by style.

+1 for Carhart
The other one is Old Navy regular or carpenter style. Easy to fit an extra mag in the tool pocket on the side too.

Carpenter style.
I have carried my 1911 in the front pocket like that, and the Bersa in the 5th pocket (small one to the right)

I have a pair of Arizona jeans and they have perfect pockets for pocket carry. My normal Old Navy jeans seem to do a pretty good job at carrying a J frame.

You're already wearing jeans. I fail to see the difference between regular jeans and carpenters, aside from the obvious cosmetic differences. Is this a stated policy, regular jeans ok but jeans with hammer loops not?
These pants (http://www.duluthtrading.com/store/clothes-workwear/mens/mens-pants/64012.aspx?feature=product_8) from Duluth Trading are normal 5 pocket jeans but with extra deep pockets (at least they say).

I work in a law office and carpenter jeans wont work with the image presented to clients. Plain jeans with pocket less sides (ie. no cargo style pockets) are about it.

They are $15. A little heavier weight than 550's. The legs dont taper like the 550's. And the pockets are bigger. Not Grand Canyon size but bigger pockets for sure (front and back) Those are stone wash and look as nice as 550's do in jeans terms. They also make them in a darker color too.
I bought them on a whim thinking for $15 I could always just use them as working on the car jeans if all else failed.
