This "footprint" logo is on Springfield Armory XD gear. The gear also says "Made in Israel".

This came up on xdtalk.com (http://www.xdtalk.com/forums/general-sa-xd-xd-m-talk/51872-what-company-makes-xd-gear.html) a while back...seems the general consensus was: not Forbus, some unnamed israeli mfg yet to be found out.
