Long Live the King. i just finished up the King Zero variant i have been working on. i originally gave it and angled grind line but it did not look right with the shallow cut away i added to this knife. sooo, i gave it a simple full flat grind to unclutter the lines of the knife. i like it much better. i am trying some different grinds with this same profile. i really like the look of the modern kwaiken style knives. anyway here is the final progression of the King.

Very dramatic.

How is it in the hand?
It looks like it would be uncomfortable, but then it isn't intended for hours of use in the wilderness.;)

it is actually very comfortable. i initially intended to wrap the bare area in front of the jade in paracord. after playing with it a while, i left it as is. it feels very nice in the hand. the scales are nice and rounded and surprisingly comfy. of course, if you did try and chop a tree down, you would probably have some complaints. but this is the wrong tool for that. ;)
