Thompson Contender question...

local dealers around here can't hardly give these away. Got one dealer/friend that has 3...2 in 357 Herrett and 1 in 35 Rem Max. Had 'em a long time and wants 'em gone. Probably get them for mebbe $200-250 each
Looked on Guns America and Gun Broker and they're going way higher, but Blue Book says the $200 range is about right .
Anybody know what they bring???

The problem is, they're "oddball" calibers, and unless you're looking for that specific one, you're basically buying a frame. But then again, the bare frame is worth at least $200.00, so it could just be an off market in your area. I've often thought about a TC, but they don't make much sense to me seeing I'm neither a hunter or a silhouette shooter.:)

200 for a complete gun is a good deal. THey are oddballs but most good calibers in contenders are. I have 1 frame but 10 barrells.
