Anyone know of a good IWB holster for the little Kahr P380?

You might have to contact a few holster makers to see what they have to offer. You might mention what style you are interested. IWB, OWB, etc.

I don't own a Kahr, but I do have a couple of pistols that do quite well in the High Noon Split Decision holster, which also is made for the .380 Kahrs.

Not IWB, but I pocket carry mine in a DeSantis Nemisis. The P380 is so light you can forget you are carrying.

I have three Milt Sparks leather IWB holsters that have worked very well for me over the years - the Executive's Companion holster for my Glock 19 and Star M43 Firestar, and the Summer Special II for my Kahr PM9. I modified the Summer Special II (trimmed off excess leather around edges) so I can also use it for Appendix Carry, which is my carry method of choice here in FL.
