I'm about to purchase a sporterized Ishapore 2A that I want to rebuild. The sights are original, the barrel has not been cut, and the entire thing has been re-parked. The only thing I really need to do is replace the stock and nosecap. I've heard through the grapevine that th No.1 MkIII stocks can be fit to this rifle by cutting out space for the magazine. I was wondering if somebody has tried this or knows where to find replacement stocks.

Numrich is your best bet. I have never done that work but if anyone has the stock it will be them.
