I also thought my IP might be banned, until I had someone far from here have the same results - then I knew it was a major problem - nothing to do with me.

For once I don't get blamed.

I had no idea just how addicted I am to this sight. I swear quitting smoking was easier than not logged into this site.

You'd think that with the outrageous monthly fees we pay for THR, that someone would use some of the funds to pay the electric bill!

Well, my DTs are slowin' now... :o

Wonder which gov't group is responsible.

The Bavarian Illumanti and the Rosicrucians, of course.

What? You say those aren't really government groups?

Suuurrre, that's just what they WANT you to think!

I guess I need to ask why we have a .org and a .us when most traffic is US based anyway - why not merge both to one?

Dead firewall, sez Tech Support.

Dead firewall? I know a thing or two about firewalls. I used to do tech support for a big maker of network hardware.

Don't you have two firewalls with some sort of failover configured?

That also doesn't explain what happened to all the threads that were here before the outage. I noticed at least on thread I had that is gone now in the shotgun area.
