We had an incident in Lawrenceville, GA yesterday involving a non-LEO civilian with a CCW and an attempted car-jacking.

According to the story the pedestrian will not be charged. This is the second time this month that the Atlanta Urinal & Constipation has printed pro-gun (for them) articles. Can someone in Hell please look out the window at the thermometer?:D

Stay safe.

No on was seriously injured in the chain of events, and Lilburn officers praised the pedestrian who fired at the suspects. The pedestrian is licensed to carry a gun and will not be charged, Kelly said. The man's name was not released.

"Given the circumstances, he was just defending himself," said Lilburn police investigator Rich Trinkwalden. "He had two armed men try to run him over with a car."

That's why we love livin' in Dixie :D
