Im trying to get some suggestions on where most are buying your bullets from for the SW 500? I like Hornady's XTP but at over 50 cents/ bullet its pricey.

Cheapest I could find is RAnger Ricks cast bullets, but at 400 grains a little heavy for me.

I want to find a bullet thats about 300 grains and relatively cheap. Am I just dreaming?

Thanks

I can help you out with a 325gr. TC done in our Casull Alloy that works well for the 500. at .18cents per bullet. That should meet all your requirements.

I've only shot jacketed so far. Usually pick them up at Cabela's or mail order... or Sportsmans Warehouse when they were still open. The FTX's are affordable enough in my book. I know some folks that also shoot the Berry's plated, so you might look at that. Otherwise you can order bullets from Cast Performance and a multitude of other folks.

Montana Bullet Works......super hard cast gas check bullets. The bore on my 500 Handi-rifle stays nice, shiney, and clean after many, many shots at over 2100+fps.

+1 on the Montana Bullet Works! I found that my best accuracy came from the 400+ grain bullets.

For a Jacketd Bullet I like the 385 Grain Core lokt bullet that Cabelas Sells.
