I posted a thread about a hi-cap for my Glock 17 and making a hi-cap out of a new tube....I decided NOT TO as it is illegal.I was telling a friend how I hated to spend $100 on a 17 rd mag.....he is selling me a slighly used 17 rder for $50....I'm psyced..........he's a Glock guy to the max and will do anything for me with reference to Glocks....he offered to do some trigger work and put on night sights and so-forth......so far I'll just snatch up the hi-cap mag......or 2 if he's got them......

Can't imagine where you've been payng $100 for a G17 mag, as they've been offered by Ivanhoe's and several other dependable online vendors for around $50 for some time now. The last G17 I got from Ivanhoe's was $53; was brand-new, (but advertised as "used) and was a FML, but had been advertised as NFML.

Shipping is free at Ivanhoe's for anything over $25. Might also try Kiesler's. Haven't bought from them, and don't know how much they charge for shippng, but they have a killer deal on G21 pre-bans @ $49 each. CDNN Investments is another possibiilty for good prices on pre-ban Glock mags.

I ordered some Brand New NDF (not drop free) for my 40's from www.kieslersonline.com
They are in great shape...although they are a tight fit when full loaded...shooting out the rounds shrinks the mag' and they come out just fine.
$49 per isn't bad.

Just wait until next fall to buy them. They'll be much cheaper then. The 10 round mags are only 17 bucks or so if you shop around. I'd rather spend the money for 6 ten round mags than one 17 rounder.

Just wait until next fall to buy them. If the ban is allowed to sunset, he can get NEW ones for 20 bucks!

I want normal capacity mags for my 21 without having to get a loan! Hope the ban sunsets and we can return to being a FREE America and not under the thumb of tyrants like FeinSWINE!:fire:

One of my HK mags does that. It's not a big deal at all considering the only time you're really gonna need it to drop free for a fast reload is after it's empty.

I think now is the time to buy. Prices are down to the $50 and less range because of concerns the ban will sunset. Seems unlikely to me and prices will skyrocket again.
I have two G19 hi-caps in the classified section for sale -- $80 shipped for the pair.
