Has any one experimented with the barnes 55gr.tsx bullet.for a 223
It seems load data is hard to come by.I have never loaded these barnes bullets before.I have a 9 twist,Theres data for the 53's butt being copper
the bullet length changes a lot with just a couple of grains.
I have tac powder on hand but may try 335.
Any info on these bullets would be helpfull.
Thanks,Bob.

I don't know if this will help or not, but I had some questions with their 55 gr bullets and my 22-250 a while back and the Barnes staff were very helpful over the phone. In one instance, I actually talked with Randy Barnes, one of the owners.

Barns has Load Data (http://www.barnesbullets.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/01/223RemingtonWeb.pdf) for all their bullets on their site including the 55gr TSX. That link is to the data for the .223 Rem.
