Hi all...I posted in the WTB forum a few days ago, looking for a Rem 1100. I ended up stumbling on a 98-99% Remington 1100 at a gun show in Tampa this past weekend. It has serial number 282xxV. I called Remington and they said it was manufactured in 1963. The CS Rep said it was the first year the 1100 came out. It even has a metal gas barrel seal...the rep said she'd never heard of a metal one, but it's possible they were metal before switching to a rubber seal.

Anyone have an idea of what this might be worth? I don't really know where to look for a value on something like this. I paid (what I believe) was a fair price, especially considering its condition. It hardly looks like it's been shot.
