Swivel Stud for 870 Barrel/Extended Magazine Clamp

Can anyone tell me where I can get the stud only that fits the figure 8 Barrel/Extended Magazine Clamp. Remington will only sell the entire assembly and wants $32.00 for a $2 dollar item. Typical!

check gunshows or if nothing else,those uncle mikes packets of swivels might have one long enough(and correct diameter) to work.the stud is just a machine screw with a uncle mikes type quick detach on the end held on with a lock washer and nut.gunshops have parts lying around,gunsmiths should have em too.

you are griping? thats the thing that the bayonet lug/swivel goes on..Rem wont sell that at all even for 34 or 64 bucks....

Stanningbear - I am going to send UMikes and email and ask them which swivel post would fit.

Buttrap - If you want the Remmy part number to order one for $32 let me know. AS for a bayonet on a shotgun, if I was contemplating trench warfare - I might be interested.
