If you where to put a Shoulder Stock on a Draco, would this be considerd a SBR?

Yes, a Draco had a barrel that is 11 or 12" if I recall corrrectly (shorter than 16" in any case). It is considered a handgun by the BATF. Adding a stock legally requires the proper tax and paper work.

Funny, I answered this question in your previous thread on the subject on 8/5.
In reality, the 922(r) issue is what makes them very attractive.
All it needs is an SBR tax stamp and a nice stock and you've got a pretty solid piece of hardware (made "right" by the original factory) without much fuss.
Some folks say the barrel is a little long for the cost of doing an SBR, but it looks like a pretty good package to me.
