I don't need to buy the complete feeder. I just want to buy replacement one piece aluminum funnels, new hanging tripod assemblies, etc. I am having a hard time finding these. There are complete feeders for sale all around. Does anyone have any recommendations?

You'll probably have to try one of those specialty stores that deals exclusively with that sort of thing.

You might try the yellow pages.

Do you mean the funnel that goes in the feeder barrel? Most feed stores that cater to hunters have those. If you are looking for the tripod only, and not the feeder to hang from it, try All Seasons (allseasonsfeeders.com), just east of San Antonio, but be ready to pay big.

There's a little combination feed and gemeral store close to our lease that has most of the parts for feeders (spinners, motors, batteries, solar panels, nuts & bolts) for sale individually, so you may try looking online for a similar place near you.

Academy has the funnels seasonally. Any Super-S should have them, if you get through a small town like San Saba, Llano, Brady, etc. These folks have the funnels and tripod kits etc online http://www.bossbuck.com/products/parts/lids.html.

+1 on the All Seasons brand feeder parts. I bought the whole motor, housing, timer, battery and the solar panel from Keith's Ace Hardware in Clifton. They carry all the parts you should need; even the little funnel that mounts to the bottom of the barrel. My feeder is a beast. It throws so much corn I had to set the timer on 2 secs to avoid draining my feeder. The keypad is very simple to operate, and the solar panel is a must have.

The other nice thing about the All Seasons timers is that you can set the spin speed on the motor to Lo, Med, or Hi. We keep it on Lo on our lease, otherwise it would throw it so far that the sheep would find the corn.
