Has anyone had any problems with the stuff? Everytime I chrono it, I get very consistent results, better than Winchester Whitebox. And it is cheap at 3.50 a box. I am thinking about buying a few cases and would like to know of anyone elses experiences.

I bought some to shoot out of my CZ-527 (which has a 1:9 twist) and it had the worst groups of any ammo I tried. It seemed to keyhole a lot too. Other heavier bullets were stable.
S&B was good. So was the cheap PMC Yellow Box which was on sale for 2/$7.00 at my local Bi-Mart store.
Speaking of which I need to take that gun out shooting soon!
I would not reccommend the Hot Shot stuff, but if you have already used it and it is grouping OK for you then go for it. If you are just blasting stuff and are not concerned with groups then it doesn't matter much.

A friend's son gave me the brass from 200 rds of Hotshot SS109 ammo he fired in his Ar-15. He said the ammo shot fine and grouped as good as the Winchester white box ammo. I tried to resize 10 cases with Lee and RCBS dies. The flash holes were too small to allow the depriming pins to pass through. So I ended up throwing the brass away.

Try the LEE universal decapper.
Sure, its one more step, but the brass is good and I have tons of it.

I tried a Lee 223 resizing die first then a RCBS 223 resizing die. Then I cut one of the cases in half just above the base of the case so I could get a close look at the flash hole. I checked the depriming pins on Lee universal depriming die and other brands of dies I have to see if they were small enough.
Lyman,C & H,Hornady,Pacific, and a new set of RCBS dies that has a different style deprimig pin than the 223 dies. All the depriming pins in these dies were too large to fit the flash hole of the Hotshot brass. So the Hotshot brass went into the large paper sack I keep next to my reloading bench for defective brass.
