Colt 1911 Recoil Spring

My mom just bought a Colt XSE Lightweight Commander (4.25") today and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what weight recoil spring it came with. I thought the salesman said it was an 18 lb. spring, but I just want to make sure. Thanks for the help.
