Where can a 20 inch barrel

Hey guys I have been looking all over for a ar15 20" 1/7 twist barrel. The only thing I can find is complete uppers for like 700 dollars. All I want is the barrel with gas tube and a compensator for like 200 bucks. Anyone know where I could find one?

Not within your budget, but here's a 20" 1/7 barrel from BCM. Add the gas block and muzzle device of your choice.

There are more options if you don't care about twist so much. I built an upper with an old 20" Colt barrel 1/12 twist about six months ago. Works fine with 55 grain bullets.

DEZ Arms. They are non chrome lined, but are very accurate barrels, from what I've seen. The stripped barrel goes for around $175.
