I just saw Uncle Mikes has released an IWB Kydex holster as part of their injection molded Kydex line. Has anyone tried one yet?

I'm looking for a low cost way to try out IWB carry--at home only untill Ohio passes it's CCW bill (read that as not in my near future).

Second Question: Does UM's make a comination surefire flashlight and magazine carrier in Kydex? Any other brand for around $20.00?

thanks,

Like you, patiently waiting for both the new holster model and the legislation! Well, waiting, anyhow....

Fobus makes a combo surefire and magazine holder in a paddle and I believe a belt mount. About 20.00 or so.

Ive never tried the UM kydex holster line, but I can recommond the Fist line of holsters. They range between 25 and 60 dollars depending on the model, are a extremely thin kydex rig, and are actually fitted to a individual pistol rather than a class of weapons. Gunners Alley is where I purchased both of my fist holsters, and I will be ordering more from them early next year.

SapperLeader, I just ordered a fist from GunnersAlley, can you tell me how long it took you to receive yours and how did they ship it? They are saying 3 to 4 weeks.

I just recieved my k1 fist holster from gunners alley with a three week turn around. For some reason, I can conceal my full size xd with this k1 holster easier and more comfortably than I do its baby brother, the xd-9 sub compact, and a k1 fist holster.
