Any Reason To Pay $100 more

In my search for a 1911 I narrowed it down to RIA and Citadel. Now my question is pretty simple. Is there any reason to pay $100 more for the citadel officer/compact model.
Both guns are made by Armscor. So, is there really a difference in fit, finish, or options that makes the Citadel more valuable? I'm comparing the most basic model offered by both importers/companies.
My other question is what is a "series 70" firing system?

I'll leave the $100 price difference to you, not knowing which two guns you're looking at. I know the Citadels I've seen are fit pretty well, and had a beavertail safety and decent sights. Not sure if the RIA has those upgrades or not, and whether or not they're worth $100 to you.
A Series 70 firing system indicates there are no additional Series 80 firing pin safety accoutrements. (All other things being equal), a Series 80 firing systems adds a few components that will make the trigger pull stiffer.

Does the citadel have white dots or out lines on the sites? I might be willing to pay a little extra just for that.
