Im not too sure of the difference, if you could fill me in that would be great.

But I believe the one that I have is a Regular Single Six.

Hmmm. About 2 years ago, I got mine (at the Gun Broker in Tigard) for $225. I'm not sure inflation has been that high. Where did you get yours?

A Good Deal:
Went to the local sports equipment store (they dont know jack about firearms and sell the anyway). I asked them how much they want for browning high-power (New gun, real high powerm, not a clone, made in Belgia by FN). They said 795€. (957.25 USD). An hour later I paid 329 € (396,15 USD) for it. Now thats a good deal...

Super Single-Six had mircometer adjustable rear sight and ramp or undercut blade front.

Original Single-Six had a dovetailed rear sight adjustable for windage only with a round front sight/

Newer Single-Six has non adjustable "cowboy" style sights.

I did get it at Gunbroker in Tigard. There were some others that were less money, around $239 used for the same but blued not stainless and it was a 6.5bbl not as nice.

Mine was exactly what I was looking for, its in perfect condition, only two scratches which are about 1/2 the size of a small eyelash... wood grips are in excellent shape, could be passed off as a 'new' firearm.

it was $289 for just the pistol/xtra cylinder

Well, Swebo, do get out and shoot it this Sunday, with some of the boys at the Dump. Tyris and I so far. Perhaps a new guy of TheHighRoad. Haven't contacted the rest of the gang yet.

:) Aching to shoot a rifle - or two - a lot. You know how to reach me.

6½" blued for $239?!

Danggit. Why do they always show up when I'm broke.
:(

Tis the season to spend money,
Fa-la-la-la-la, cash, check or charge.

how've you been Carlos.

I cant, I am still working in retail and this time of year no one gets weekends off. I only have Thur/Fri off now... in the first of the year I may get a Sunday off... and then, it will be back to the Dump!!!
