He owned the gun legally, fired off four rounds into the grass as a warning...Apparently they arrested him for those four rounds. Opinions?
Seems pretty crazy. I guess cops want him to give a verbal warning and then wait for the gang to approach before blasting them all to hell. Of course discharging a fire arm is nothing to take lightly, but if he was able to deter them from taking further action without killing them then seems reasonable to me.
