I found an outfit that's selling NIB Kahr K40 .40S&W in steel matte stainless for $705. includes shipping. Comes with two 6rd Mags. Does this sound like the best deal out there? Thanks.

That sounds a little high to me, unless they went up. I got mine for a tad over $500 (out the door) about 2 years ago, but that was used in like new condition. You might take a look around your local stores for a cheaper used one first.
