Riverbank Armory has a reputation of being one of the crookedest places out there. Guys' name is George. Beware.

Average price for new surplus USGI 15rd. carbine mags in the wrapper is approx. $20-$25 from what I've seen. RA's mags are likely counterfeit mags in counterfeit wrappers, with counterfeit cosmoline.
