I've been thinking about getting an AR-10 and could use some advice.

Can someone tell me what the difference is between Armalite and Eagle Arms? Aren't they affiliated? Is the Armalite that much better to justify paying the extra money?

Eagle rifles are made by Armalite to the best of my knowledge but are their lower priced line. Armalite rifles have a lifetime warrenty to the original purchaser, Eagle has a one year warrenty I believe. I own an Armalite AR-10A2 and it is an excellent rifle that I have enjoyed. Armalite's website is www.armalite.com and there is a lot of info on the AR-10 board/line at AR-15.com. Hope this helped.
