I've been reading on other forums about how GPal is just about kaput, and that there might be criminal proceedings in the future.

Any further info on this?

There's a ton of internet rumor going around and there's not a lot of point to doing much more than to tell folks to read the reviews of the service others have received from GPal, make up your own mind about whether you want to use the service provided by them and then act based on that informed decision.

There's already a thread that's been running on GPal service for a while down in "Rate ... (http://thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=500022&highlight=Gunpal)" and at other forums so it's best just to go look at them instead of rehashing here.
