Can anyone tell me what type of pistol the silver one listed in this photograph is?

Looks like an EAA Witness, or a CZ-75 or variant.

Looks like a Sig P226 X-Five Competition

Shape of the trigger gave it away as a Sig.

LOL my exact first two guesses. However looks like Lion nailed it, no mistaking that sig trigger guard.

That was my first thought based on the look of the take down lever.

Looks to me like a double stack para 1911 at first glance due to that huge magwell. I could be wrong. I can't see very well...this monitor at work stinks.

It is a Sig X-Five Competition based on the grips and the trigger...as opposed to the L-1
It can't be a 1911 based on the take down lever and slide stop
It isn't an Elite based on the magwell and thumb safety
It isn't a CZ or EAA clone because the slide is riding on the outside of the frame

I believe Lions pegged its identity as well.

I don't know, but it looks like a drug bust to me...

The confiscated and headed for the chopping block type. Why do a** hole criminals always cost the world nice firearms? I'd gladly have traded him a fine fine Kel Tec for that.

Huh, I thought it was a Beretta for sure, I definitely don't see 1911 or Sig, but I'm not too familiar with many of the CZ's and EAA Witness's.
