Browning online parts catalog doesn't show that exact style.
I've always called that a "ramp" front sight.

Sometimes you just have to call and tell them what you have.

Technically it is a "Braughman Combat ramp" style.

Non-Technically, it is a high Target front sight to go with the higher adjustable rear target sight.

Browning calls it a Ramped Front Post in their advertising.

I live 1/2 mile from browning repair center and the tec said it is the high front sight for adjustable sights. The blade broke off of my target model a few years back when shooting and hit me right in the glasses. says a lot for wearing glasses when shooting.
