here's the only thing I've found on one

Somehow I doubt that's the Glock 37 you're talking about though

Gamers?

That "Glock 37, derieved from the 20th century Glock series design" sure does look like it has a CZ-75/85 frame!

Seriously, I thought I heard some rumors over on GlockTalk.

I heard it's supposed to be a singlestack .45, but possibly with a proprietary .45 Glock round.

I thought it was supposed to be a single stack, long slide Glock? Or is that just wishful thinking by Glockers?

After all these years of speculation, I doubt the 37 will be even close to what all those Glocksters out there have dreamed up. Like an over hyped movie, it will fall short regardless of how nice it might eventually be.

i've heard 2 things from people i trust. 1, a full size single stack .45 may be released. 2, project has been shelved because of the rail problem.

we won't know till shot.

Last word I had gotten, and was more than triple hearsay I'm sure, was that it was a single stack .45. That was at a Ken Hackthorn class from Ken in August 2002.

I repeat it again as a rumor only. Take it as such.

Seems like a great idea (just like I said the G30 and G36 would be), but what do I know. I only buy guns, not make them and we all know the purpose of being in the gun industry is NOT to make any money.:scrutiny:

Now the real debate is if I want another P7, or onnadem P2000s. Or another P7? Or onnadem P2000s....::scrutiny:

Single stack 8+1 compact 10mm, the only one I'd want to see. Get it stippled with a grip reduction, night sights and slick the trigger up and I'd be a happy camper.

Skunk,I can't even believe that a G--ck is even in the running..

I recall you saying something like, " HK HK HK all the way", or something along those lines over on HKpro ..

You asking about a Glock 37 or any other Glock seems a little out of place. Sort of like France asking if it could help the U.S. in the "War on Terrorism"..:D :neener: :D

Glock official: "What rail problem?"

Any of you remember the much-delayed launch of the G36 because Smyrna couldn't get it to feed reliably?

Are we likely to see similar problems, if and when they actually get around to solving the fractured rails which were supposed to be oh-so-rare?

Trying to predict what manufacturers will do in the future, IMO, is a waste of time. Just wait until it comes out.

With that said, if you're going to make wild guesses, go all out.

Select fire G36.

OBVIOUSLY, it will be a single stack 10+1 chambered for the new Glock .45 short caliber.
