I just want to get some input from those who have actually fired or carry either model.
As always, pictures are encouraged :D
Thank you.

As you can see, these two small frame pistols are very close in size. The difference you feel is in the grip circumference, the Sig filling the hand a bit more.
I like the Sig sights better. They are easier for me to pick out. The Sig may point a bit better too.
Both are very accurate so that if you do your part, the bullet will hit what you shoot.
If you intend to carry, then the caliber difference may matter. Most Sigs are .380, most PPs are .32. The PP gives you an extra round. The PP is a little heavier than the Sig. The PP may win in the slimness comparison, especially the grip width.
Both are well made, exceptional quality. Mine have been very reliable. I can't recall any of them failing.
The takedown design is a little different, but both are very simple to maintain and clean.
If asked, I would say I prefer to shoot the Sig. The reason may be the marvelous grip on the Sig, which fits my hand perfectly.
Some people complain of slide bite from the Walthers, however neither of these, the Walther or Sig, have cut me personally.
Pictured are a Walther PP in .32, a police turn-in (note the lanyard loop), and A Sig P230 also in .32, a more rare model than the usual .380 Sig.

Here's the flip side of the Sig, showing the similarity with the PP in that it also has a safety and lanyard loop.

In my experience, you can't go wrong with either pistol. I prefer the looks and feel of the Walther (I've never cared for the SIG's grip), but that's a personal preference.

never carried the PP model but the PPK/s for years. I now carry the sig p230sl since it is in stainless. I found hogue grips on the 230 to be very comfortable and pachmayr's on the walther to be the most comfortable for me. Of course both sets of pistols were in 380.

I have been carrying the Walther PP series pistols for well over 30 years. I have owned a couple of .380s and three of the .32s. I really like the .32 ACP in this pistol. I currently have a Manurhin PP and an Interarms PPK/S in that caliber. My Manurhin has a round count of several thousand rounds with no malfunctions. The PPK/S is a late addition and has had right at 500 rounds shot through it with flawless function. Both have performed well with Remington, Fiocchi, and Prvi Partisan FMJ, along with Federal Hydra Shoks (HP).
The PP and PPK/S both have an 8+1 (9 shot) capacity. They are very accurate ad have mild recoil which helps with follow up shots. I have larger caliber pistols and revolvers, but on most days I will be carrying a Walther .32.

I carried the PP for a while and like a fool I sold it. . I have never cared for the feel of a Sig in my hand. I will always chose a Walthers over the Sig

I used to have a P232. It was %100 reliable, but the slide bit me if I wasn't careful. Mine didn't have a safety or a lanyard loop.
