I was perusing the legal code of Georgia and came across this little gem (emphasis added):

38-2-301. (http://www.legis.state.ga.us/cgi-bin/gl_codes_detail.pl?code=38-2-301)
(a) Whenever any force of the organized militia is or has been called out for the performance of any duty under Code Section 38-2-6, it shall be lawful for the commanding officer of the force, if in his judgment the maintenance of law and order in the area into which the force has been ordered will be promoted thereby, to close places where arms and ammunition are sold and all places where disorder is likely to occur.
(b) Any person who sells or dispenses arms or ammunition in violation of an order of a commanding officer under the authority of subsection (a) of this Code section or who maintains a place ordered to be closed under such authority shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two nor more than five years.

Lemee guess--Just by driving down your street, Diane Feinstein would have a coronary due to the quantity of guns & ammo!

Dang it, in a time of emergency, what if I needed to fight my way to the store to get more ammo? :fire: *grumbling*

Mayor Tom Bradley and Chief of Police Daryl Gates did just that during the 1992 Los Angeles Rodney King Festival. They ordered all the gun stores closed and banned the sale of ammunition in the city limits.

And the Beverly Hills celebs were begging their few gun owning neighbors to loan them something in case the Shoot Loot & Scoot crews wandered into their streets. :neener: :neener: :neener:

Don't forget to fill the gas can for the mower (can be useful in so many ways)

And just one case for 7.62 x 39? It's so cheap it's practically free. Hardly worth leaving the house for less than 3 cases. :p Or order enough over the 'net so they throw in free shipping. It's not like it'll go bad.
