My brother sent this to me today via email.
What do you think? Is it true?

Looks pretty big to me. Wouldn't want to run into that without mobile artillery . . . .

I've seen that before. My boss and I did some research on that (actually just googled it up) and found this. Bear Myth (http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/bl-grizzlybear5.htm)

Bear Myth Contd... (http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/bl-grizzlybear2.htm)

Don't want to bust anyones bubble, but we were skeptical when we got two different emails containing the same pictures. That's what we found.

And again

And again, and again...do a search on it, it comes up about once a month on the forums. Most of the time he gets bigger and bigger and harder and harder to kill. :D Still a huge bear that I would not like to share my tent with.

Yup, I know the story behind it is 'exaggerated', but that is still a big bear. If its not a world-class bear, then I would like to see a picture of a world-class bear.

I heard the bear was shot while riding a magic unicorn.

I figure it's just as accurate as anything else bear related.:D

No, tell me it's not true. The bear wasn't killed with the world's deadliest projectile...buckshot.:D

It was defracted Nytrillium coated unobtainium buckshot, I'll bet.

Unobtanium, you say, Byron? Where's that on the Periodic Table? Ah! Right after Superduperium, and just before Kickassium.

Shhhhhhhhhh.............be very quiet and don't talk about them. They're sleeping now.

This was discussed on another thread sometime back. The bear was real, his last meal a hoax.
