BS as in Brass Shavings being dumped into my cases from the sizing die I presume. Never noticed this with the second hand dies in my blue press. But the brand new Hornaday I just started loading on must have really sharp dies. Not sure if I should be concerned???

Brass shavings? Hmmm - doesn't make any sense. (not saying I don't believe you, just saying that's really odd)
The sizing die should squeeze the case into the correct size, but there shouldn't be any cutting to produce brass shavings.
If this is for a rifle case, check the ball on the sizing/decapping pin to see if there's a sharp edge.

If you are using a Hornady AP press, then I believe the internal (moving) portion of the powder measure die does this.
