Whatever someone will pay you for it. I bet you'll make more money if you sell the upper and the components you listed after it as separate components, unless you have a buyer who wants their upper with exactly those things on it.

If I was selling it, I'd be looking for around $650, unless you find someone that feels like it's just what they were looking for and they just have to have it. To the rest of us, it's just a used upper, even if was only 100 rounds.

You would probably be better off parting it out and selling the individual components if you want the best $.

Now is not a good time to sell though, lots of people trying to come up with some extra dollars and a glut of ARs on the market. I'd expect to take a hit if you sell now.
