Is it just me or is TI not great on the CS front? I have a couple of easy questions on one of their products I send in separately over the course of a month, I used the contact us form to ask them. No response.

I called in during business hours on two separate occasions to follow up on those questions, got voice mail and again.. no response.

Is this typical or am I just unlucky with these guys?

They were fine for me, but that was a year or so ago, and I simply ordered an item and received it a few days after. From a quick search of folks who do business more often with them, it's rather typical to get terrible, or hit-and-miss, customer service. Rather like Botach.

Its probably that west coast work ethic. Once you cross the Continental Divide heading west people are pretty flakey often. Especially here in oregon and down in ***********.:(

I've dealt with them twice, but the most recent time was a couple years ago. First time I called and they answered all of my questions, second time I emailed and they answered within a day or so. I don't have any more recent experience, but their CS used to be good to go.

Oddly enough they responded to my last email yesterday, and forwarded me the sent items when they responded to the previous ones. They did not end up in my spam filter, they simply never showed. I wonder if they had some email issues last month?

Anyway, I guess I'm good to go!
