I rec'd this well built imported knife for my B-day. The drop point style is my favorite for all around deer cleaning & skinning chores. Handle is an exotic wood with hardwood accents of darker wood. Leather sheath is well made with an attractively embossed elk. This steel is quite good; it retained its sharp edge after field dressing and skinning the deer in the photo.

Elk Ridge is a KEEPER!

How big is that deer? I've heard PA deer get big...

This doe was taken in Maryland on OCT 29. Weight after field dressing: 80 lbs.
