I just bought a Mossy 100 ATR 270 cpmbo from Academy for $299. I am very happy with the weight and balance of the gun. The Lightening trigger and flutted barrel work well. The 270 is a good to shoot caliber. I an haapy at this point. Bought my son a Stevens 270 earlier in the year for $199. Truth, I like my Mossy better.

I have the ATR-100 in .30-06.
Will hold under 2"@100Yds 5 shots with most cheap commercial hunting ammo {Read as Remington Core-Lokt soft-point} in MY hands.
With GOOD ammo (Fed Gold Medal Match) and steadier hands, well under 1"@100Yds

I had one in 30'06 that was easily sub-MOA with 180-gr Federal Power-Shocks ($14/box at Wally's). Shots walked around a lot as the barrel warmed up but was dead-on for the cool shot.

I count on cool barrel accuracy on a hunt. These are not target barrels for prarie dog hunts. But they will take their share.
