Do you mean, how do you determine whether the brass you sent them is what they ordered, or whether the brass you sent them will work in their firearms?

The headstamp should provide all the information you would need to determine the former; trial by the buyer would determine the latter.

it may be that shipping again cost you extra. mark it up to the cost of doing business.
