November 2010 Gun Giveaway Contests

At the risk of reducing my own chances to win, I have compiled the gun-related contests that I am aware of for the month at http://www.gunsandammoblog.com/?page_id=825

I've talked to the folks over at http://www.gunup.com and they have a huge contest coming up. It was scheduled for November, but it doesn't look like it's quite ready yet. This one is going to be the largest contest I've listed to date, when they are ready.

i'm sure there are winners out there, but that's just it, the winners are out there, not here.

i've stopped entering. i figure the ton of info they ask for is being given to who knows who, so i've just stopped. after all that i've entered w/o winning, i figure what's the sense.

I entered and won a contest for 1,000 rounds of .380ACP ammo earlier this summer. That's all I've ever won.

CZ Forum is doing a Christmas giveaway we started early, a new CZ P-07 in 9 or 40, winner picks, a new CZ P-01 9mm, and a used CZ RAMI 2075, BUT, to prevent drive by members from winning, (the guys who join for one post to just to get in on the giveaway), members who registered the day before and earlier are eligible. Members who register afterwards are eligible for the other gifts in the giveaway. Rules are on the site, General Discussion.

Yep, one of my students won an S&W custom shop revolver last year from a TV show contest (answer questions about episode on a 3x5). Can't remember what show it was though.

I added three large ammunition contests today.
