Above ad was posted in a local classified ads website. Is it legal to advertise used firearms as a business? I went to the website but there is no mention of a FFL, and it lists a PO Box as a address.

Sure it is legal to advertise selling firearms as a business. He doesn't mention that he does have an FFL, but I don't see any reason to assume that he does not.
Why would you expect him to specifically say "Yes, I have my FFL?" Anyone doing business as he is would need their FFL as a matter of course, but few dealers are going to make that information public.
You can always ask them for the first three and last five digits of their license number and verify them here: https://www.atfonline.gov/fflezcheck/
If you aren't buying anything they might not feel a great need to respond to your "just curious" query, though.
