I have my time offset to US eastern time, -5 hours from GMT.

Yet, I'm seeing the board in GMT.

I confirmed that my settings are correct in my User CP.

What the heck?

Edited to add this...

Just noticed this at the bottom of my screen after I posted the second message...

"All times are GMT -5 hours. The time now is 10:44 PM."

Uh, I don't think so.
