Replacing an AR-180b barrel

I am looking into purchasing an AR-180b. Are AR15 barrels are compatible with the AR-180b? I would be downright giddy if a 19' 1:7 chrome lined barrel could replace the current barrel.

It's on. I'm not certain anyone has ever tried mating an AR-15 barrel to an AR-180b. I am certain that the threads are different. Being that, you'd have either try and re-do the threads or take a blank and just thread it yourself (or have a qualified gunsmith do it). But if your using a blank, that means drilling a gas port.
