Yes, that's right. Two decades ago, I came into being. They cut the cord, smacked my butt, and my Dad handed me a cap-gun. :D

I just need suggestions for getting my mind off of the fact that it's a whole 'nother year before I can CCW... :scrutiny: Anybody?

Happy holidays, everyone.

I just need suggestions for getting my mind off of the fact that it's a whole 'nother year before I can CCW I fear there is probably nothing that will negate this ..... however .. you can plan ''strategy'' ... regarding the what and how for later. That partly may mean some fiscal planning ..... putting some $$$'s aside over coming year.

Beyond that ..... as you will I am sure already have done .... read, learn and digest the info in THR .... that will give you one very good head start and probably help your decision-making process.

Happy Birthday ... and Holidays.:)

Happy Birthday!

I wish I was 20 again. 20 years from now you will be asking yourself "Where did the last 20 years go?" Enjoy it. The older you get the faster it goes until you look up one day and realize you have fewer days in front of you than behind.

On the proverbial "bright side," I'm sure you don't have to pay federal, state, and local taxes until you can exercise your civil rights, do you?

Two words,..... Older woman. Get yourself one, she can do the packing and the shopping for the other things you can't buy. :neener:

First I'd suggest you find a big box for all the holsters you're going to buy and not like.(big box)Everybody's got one of those.

Remember what we've talked about. Don't be in too much of a hurry to get to 21. Enjoy being 20. :)

Think open carry.

They made that illegal in Utah a while ago. Yeah, I know... Utah! Who would've thought.

On the proverbial "bright side," I'm sure you don't have to pay federal, state, and local taxes until you can exercise your civil rights, do you?

HA! I wish! Right now Big Brother takes about 15% of my earnings. :cuss: But I still can't gamble or carry a gun. :scrutiny: Could someone explain that one for me?

Two words,..... Older woman.

LOL! :neener: Why didn't I think of that? Seriously -- that's genious at work. ;)

Remember what we've talked about. Don't be in too much of a hurry to get to 21. Enjoy being 20.

I will definitely remember. I told you how old I feel already... It's not that i want to be older, I just want to be able to get my CCW. I sure will enjoy every minute of what I've got, though. ;) My Dad always tells me that he's a 16 year old trapped in a 40 year old body. That sounds about right.

20? Geez, I have underwear older than that. Just remember as you get older, nothing says you have to act your age. Even though your ma and eventually a wife that thinks she's your ma keep telling you to.

Happy Birthday and good luck. I agree that you need to run out as soon as you turn 21 to get your CCW. Utah is a real tough place:D

Happy birthday mister fumegator.

It won't help, but why not start training now? You can get some of the bugs worked out on your weapon systems, carry style and dress and be good to go by the time you hit 21.

fumegator,

Congrats. Use the next year to practice situational awareness and "spot the CCW."
